The Portrait Station™ is a luxury, professional studio experience brought to your event, complete with a live photographer to capture timeless, elegant black-and-white portraits of your guests. Designed to complement the sophistication of your celebration, The Portrait Station goes beyond traditional event photography and photo booths, offering a high-end touch with professionally edited portraits that preserve the essence of your special day. Each guest receives a 4x6" portrait to take home, while you receive a custom 10x10" Guestbook showcasing every attendee’s portrait, along with personalized, digitally handwritten love notes—creating a keepsake you’ll treasure forever.
THE PROCESS
STATION SETUP
On the day of your wedding / event, our stationary portrait studio will be elegantly set up, ready to capture beautiful black-and-white portraits of you and your guests.
CAPTURING THE MOMENT
We guide guests through a seamless, personalized portrait experience. Every detail is handled with care and professionalism, ensuring that each image reflects the luxury of the occasion.
INSTANT DELIVERY
Guests will receive a beautifully crafted, retouched 4x6" print providing them with the joy of instant memories.
FINAL DELIVERY
The host will receive all printed digital files via an online gallery. Guests will receive a link to a gallery with option to purchase digital files and print products.

What area do you serve?
We are located in Central Florida and will photograph anywhere from Tampa to Orlando. For events outside of Central Florida, please get in touch for a custom quote.
Is this a photo booth?
No! The Portrait Station offers a refined alternative to a photo booth. With a live professional photographer capturing timeless black-and-white portraits on a crisp white backdrop and on-site photo editor, each guest receives a beautifully crafted 4×6″ print—a personal keepsake from the celebration.
How long does your set up/tear down take?
We require one hour of time to set up our studio and prepare for the event. It takes about 20-30 minutes to pack up and leave the event.
